We are looking for a commercial allrounder (m/f/d) with great enthusiasm for all topics surrounding finance, logistics and office management as reinforcement for our administration team at the earliest possible date. What awaits you • You have sound knowledge in personnel and payroll accounting (SwissSalary). • The independent processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable is within your area of responsibility. • You work closely with project management as well as external partners and take over order processing including logistics and inventory coordination. • You actively contribute your expertise to the planning process when planning budget and forecast. • The organization and management of our office are part of your daily activities on site. • In your role as assistant to the management, you actively support strategically important company processes. • As a member of our administration team, you contribute to the creation as well as continuous further development of our internal and external reporting – including data analysis, preparation and management. What we wish for from you • You have completed vocational training in a business administration or commercial environment and at least 3 – 5 years of professional experience in a similar position. • You bring initial experience in dealing with ERP systems (Dynamics / Microsoft 365), BI tools and databases. • You have very good German and English skills as well as a valid work permit in Switzerland or an EU/EFTA citizenship. • You have a pronounced affinity for numbers and conceptual skills as well as strong methodical competencies. • You work with a high quality standard. • Strong communication skills and teamwork as well as a high degree of flexibility and commitment are required. • You have a goal-oriented hands-on mentality, bring self-initiative and act independently.
