For our Facility Management division, we are looking for, by agreement, a Team Leader Maintenance 80 - 100% ## Activities ### • Maintenance and repairs to technical infrastructure in buildings and apartments of Brüggli • Coordination, monitoring, and billing of repair and maintenance work • Ensuring the operational readiness of machines, devices, and tools • Professional handling, use, and documentation of operating resources • Participation in and monitoring of basic and maintenance cleaning • Timely processing of internal and external orders including follow-up • Support for personnel planning in daily business • Ensuring occupational safety and health protection; conducting training and instructions • Leadership and participation in cross-divisional projects • Practical, agogic support and promotion of employees with disabilities • Support for the training of our apprentices EFZ/EBA/PrA in the professional direction Fachmann/Frau Betriebsunterhalt • Training and introduction of new work steps according to agogic principles • Creation of documentation and administrative activities within the area of responsibility Requirements ### • Completed training as Fachmann/Frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ • Empathy, reliability, patience, flexibility, structured and solution-oriented way of working • High social competence and joy in practical work with different people • Sense for administrative tasks and practical skill for everyday business • Good IT skills • Observational competence; good oral and written expression • Team spirit and joy in working in a varied, lively environment • Resilience; overview in hectic situations • Vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it • Driver's license category B/BE We offer you ### • an exciting task in a committed and innovative team in a dynamic social enterprise. • a modern infrastructure. • professional development and interesting continuing education opportunities. • regular working hours - no weekend services.
