EHQ Specialist Your tasks Participation in the maintenance and updating of the integrated management system (IMS) according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and GMP (EuPIA) (and others as required) in accordance with the specifications of the supervisor and the technical specialists. Independent updating of IMS documents as well as support with document adjustments in consultation with the supervisor Support in internal and external quality and standard audits. (Preparation and follow-up of measures). Support in the implementation of legal and group-internal EHQ requirements. Assumption of operational activities in environmental reporting. Processing customer inquiries (e.g., questionnaires, statements, compliance information, traceability, PCF, recyclability) on the basis of existing specifications and templates. Creation and preparation of customer-specific information in coordination with the specialist departments. Support for Altana-X, process and preliminary projects at the ASR location through operational support. Your profile Completed commercial or technical basic training (EFZ), ideally in an industrial environment Initial professional experience in the field of QM, EHS, production or data/process environment is an advantage Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form Confident use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel for data linking and evaluation (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, AND/OR, pivot tables), knowledge of Power Query and VBA is an advantage. Or willingness to familiarize yourself with these topics. Experience in the use of digital aids (e.g. Copilot) for the efficient creation and expansion of evaluations and formulas.
