We are a trust company in Kloten with three additional locations around Lake Zurich.

To strengthen our team, we are looking from October 2026 or by arrangement to supplement the team in Kloten:

Trust Officer (60-80%) in Kloten

These are your tasks:

• Support of the client managers in accounting, payroll, and tax mandates
• Support of the client managers in managing a diverse client portfolio
• Assistance with accounting
• Assistance with year-end closing and VAT returns
• Support of the client managers in general administrative and accounting matters

This applies to you:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent
• Professional experience in trust services
• Completed further training as a trust officer or in accounting is an advantage
• Service-oriented and discreet personality
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• English is an advantage
• User knowledge of Dr. Tax, Bexio, and Abacus is an advantage
• Independent, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
