The Migrationsamt operates daily in the exciting political environment of all migration issues. We are responsible for foreign law permits, enforce federal foreign and asylum law, issue biometric Swiss passports and foreign identity cards, and ensure care and integration in our asylum centers. The Migrationsamt is looking for the center with an integration character Kreuzacker in Wil as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement for a Team Leader Initial Integration Workload: 80-100% Workplace: Wil What awaits you • You lead the Initial Integration area with around eight employees from the areas of care, security, and infrastructure and, as a member of the management team, actively participate in the further development of the center • You assume the personnel and professional leadership of your team and promote constructive as well as cross-departmental cooperation ▪ • You ensure quality in care, employment, and security as well as compliance with conceptual and organizational specifications • You are the contact person for employees and residents ▪ • You coordinate employment offers, external work assignments, as well as the deployment of civil service workers and support the integration of residents through meaningful employment offers • You are responsible for duty planning, participate in budget controlling, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
