To strengthen our team, we are looking for an integration specialist for our alcohol-free bistro kostbar in Thun, starting immediately or by agreement. Specialist / Integration Specialist (30% - 50%) The Blaue Kreuz Bern-Solothurn-Freiburg is a specialist organization for addiction issues with the areas of prevention + health promotion, counseling + therapy, and integration + businesses. Around 90 employees and over 260 volunteers at 13 locations implement the diverse range of services, which are financed by performance mandates from the cantons as well as donations and contributions from institutions and private individuals. The networking with the Swiss and International Blue Cross supports innovation and quality assurance. The Blue Cross is politically and denominationally independent. The bistro kostbar is part of the Blaukreuz-Brocki Thun and combines gastronomy, encounter, and social integration. The bistro offers meaningful work and integration places for people in challenging life situations and at the same time creates a low-threshold offer for customers, employees, clients, and visitors of the Blaukreuz-Brocki Thun. For our bistro kostbar, we are looking for an Integration Specialist Employment level 30% - 50% Area of activity In this versatile function, you will accompany people as part of the integration offer in the bistro kostbar and actively contribute to making the offer visible, sustainable, and well-networked in the Thun region. You will combine specialist integration work with practical guidance in everyday bistro life, administrative support, and targeted network work with referring agencies. Your main tasks include: Establishing, further developing, and regionally anchoring the integration offer in the bistro kostbar Networking with social services, clinics, counseling centers, authorities, specialist agencies, and other referring institutions Active promotion of the offer to relevant target groups in the Thun and Bern regions Responsibility for intake, deployment planning, and support of clients in everyday business Reference person work, site discussions, and administrative support for clients Obtaining and managing cost approvals as well as agreements with referring agencies Practical guidance and promotion of clients in bistro operations Support with application questions, job integration, and personal stabilization Crisis intervention and specialist assessment in challenging situations Ensuring the flow of information between the bistro, Blaukreuz-Brocki, Integration + Businesses department, and external partners Requirements profile For this challenging setup and integration function, we are looking for an initiative, resilient, and well-networked person with a passion for people, social integration, and the development of a new offer.
