Assemblers with experience in heavy metal framing

Job description: Reading plans. Tracing, cutting and preparing profiles and sheets according to dimensions. Assembly and fitting: Positioning and assembling heavy metal frame parts before the final welding operation (often by semi-automatic welding process). Handling: Using lifting equipment (overhead cranes, gantries, slings) to manipulate bulky and heavy parts. Quality control: Checking the conformity of assemblies (squaring, plumb, dimensions) in relation to the required tolerances. Safety: Respecting current safety standards, particularly when working at heights or handling loads. Job requirements: Solid and confirmed experience in a similar position in the manufacture or assembly of heavy metal frames. Mastery of assembly and fitting techniques. Certificates of aptitude for the use of lifting equipment (overhead crane, forklifts) highly appreciated.
