In order to strengthen our Industrial Performance department, we are looking for a CNC Setter Your responsibilities • Machine park management: You take charge of the settings for 3-axis CNC turning machines. • Setups: You carry out setups and adapt parameters to optimize production. • Process optimization: You adjust and improve settings to guarantee the quality and efficiency of our production lines. • Support and training: You are responsible for increasing the skills of the teams in collaboration with your direct manager. • Standardize processes and disseminate best practices • Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and guarantee the robustness of the process. Your profile • Training: CFC in polymechanic or a title deemed equivalent. • Experience: Proven experience in machining, setup, and CNC settings, ideally on a Schaublin lathe (Fanuc control). Experience in the grinding of hard materials is a major asset. • Technical skills: • Mastery of measurement and control tools. • Reading and modification of ISO programs. • Programming on Gibbscam • Interpersonal skills: • Team spirit, active listening, and fluid communication. • Solution-oriented and ability to adapt quickly. • Analytical mind • Positive attitude, proactivity, and spirit of initiative.
