Operations Employee Electroplating / Surface Coater

Your area of responsibility You process and refine workpieces in our automated or manual electroplating department according to customer specifications, thereby making an important contribution to the quality of our products. Depending on the order, you process individual parts, drum goods, or basket goods. You operate and monitor our electroplating systems or manually guide the workpieces through the various pre-treatment and electroplating processes. You monitor the ongoing processes, perform quality controls, and ensure careful and timely processing of customer orders. In doing so, you ensure compliance with our quality, safety, and production specifications. If required, you also assist with hanging and removing the workpieces as well as with other tasks arising within production. Your profile This position is right for you if you: have an interest in metals and technical processes work reliably, carefully, and responsibly bring enjoyment to independent activity within a team have good German language skills are prepared to work in normal shifts as well as in 2- or 3-shift operations depending on assignment ideally bring experience in electroplating, metalworking, surface treatment, or an industrial production plant Experience in electroplating is an advantage, but not mandatory.
