In the residential home of Stiftung Solvita, adults with a mild to moderate cognitive disability find a place to live, work and/or an apprenticeship. The people cared for at Stiftung Solvita should feel recognized and comfortable in the various forms of living and work areas. Immediately or by arrangement we are looking for Specialist in Care or Health EFZ / Social Pedagogue 40 - 80% Eight people with a mild to moderate cognitive disability live in the residential group. The residents work during the day in the workshop «Service-Zentrum Urdorf», in the residential home in the kitchen, in the house service, in the laundry or in employment groups. Your tasks: • You support and accompany the residents in everyday life in the residential group • You support participation, social inclusion and leisure activities • You perform household tasks together with the residents • If necessary, you instruct or take over personal hygiene • You perform administrative and organizational activities • Within the framework of key person work, you work together with relatives and legal guardians • You work together with other areas such as health service, kitchen and work • You organize and accompany group holidays You bring with you: • Empathy • Experience in working with people with disabilities • Commitment and independence • Team orientation • Awareness of values • Specialist knowledge • Good German language skills • Confidence with common Office applications We offer: • Valuable and varied work • Remuneration according to cantonal guidelines • A lively and innovative working environment • Enriching and supportive cooperation with internal specialists • Discounted lunch • Good accessibility with public transport Have we aroused your interest?
