You accompany them comprehensively - from financing to cash management to strategic further development. • Syndicated loan business: You control financings in the syndicated loan business, review participations and work closely with our partner banks to develop optimal solutions. • Analysis and structuring: You systematically analyze customer needs, markets and risks and structure complex financings independently. • Market development and business development: You identify potential, implement targeted sales and market development strategies and make an active contribution to the further development of our business. • Relationship management: You cultivate and deepen long-term, trusting customer relationships - even with demanding and complex topics. • Teamwork and quality: You work closely with our internal specialists and ensure that our customers receive first-class consulting.   Your profile - competent, committed and with a view of the whole • Solid education: You have completed a bank training and have a higher education (e.g. HF/FH) in the field of banking and finance. • Experience in credit business: You have comprehensive knowledge in commercial credit business and in mortgage business and can look back on successful practice. • Sales successes: Your proven sales successes and your consistent, results-oriented way of working distinguish you. • Winning appearance: With your cultivated, communication-strong and convincing appearance, you win the trust of your customers. • Solution-oriented thinking: You think entrepreneurially, bring in your own ideas and implement projects with energy and vision. • Local network: Ideally, you already have a network in the canton of Schwyz and are motivated to expand it further.   What you can expect from us: Our values are our drive: With a desire for the future, we shape new things, with effectiveness we create real added value.
