Our expert teams with around 200 employees ensure maximum availability and performance of our machines and systems worldwide - from inspection and maintenance to rapid spare parts supply and process optimization. Job Description ## As a competent member of the Service Supply Chain (purchasing department), you will make an important contribution to the professional and rapid processing of spare part orders and inquiries from our customers. With a workload of 40-50%, you will take on the following tasks: • You are responsible for obtaining and managing export control documents from external suppliers. • Additionally, you check and maintain order confirmations in the B2B system regarding delivery date, price, and quantity deviations. • You create orders for spare parts from internal suppliers. • You also have the opportunity to support the team administratively in projects and provide general support during bottlenecks and absences. Qualifications ## • You communicate confidently in English and German. • You are available for a workload of 40-50% (16-20 hours) per week. • You are proficient in using the MS Office package. • Ideally, you already have initial experience with SAP. • You would describe yourself as reliable, customer- and service-oriented, and as a true team player.
