Your area of responsibility: • You take over the technical leadership and coordination of assembly teams on various construction sites • You organize and accompany the assembly of demanding metal construction structures • You ensure the proper implementation of plans and technical specifications • You coordinate the workflows on site and ensure timely execution of the work • Additionally, you take over the control of quality as well as the compliance with safety regulations • You appear professionally in front of customers on site and ensure a smooth cooperation Your profile: • You have completed training in metal construction or a comparable qualification • You bring several years of professional experience in the assembly of metal construction structures • Experience in leading an assembly team is an advantage • A self-dependent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you • Technical understanding as well as a good spatial imagination are among your strengths • You have good German language skills in word and writing • A driver's license of category B is available
