Work location: Hirslanden Corporate Office | Home-Office Start date: by arrangement Employment type: Permanent Reference number: 69394 In this versatile specialist role, you will actively help shape the tariff application for the entire Hirslanden-Gruppe. You will work closely with our clinics as well as various specialist departments and accompany new tariff models and processes. In doing so, you combine tariff knowledge, project work, and system understanding, and you can help shape the further development of the outpatient tariff application throughout Switzerland. YOUR TASKS • Co-shaping: You participate in group-wide tariff projects and accompany the introduction and further development of outpatient tariff models such as TARDOC and outpatient flat rates • Advising: You support our clinics and specialist departments with questions regarding correct tariff application and are the central contact person for outpatient hospital and practice tariffs • Implementation: You translate tariff requirements into clear professional and technical specifications for our billing and IT systems • Testing: You test tariff adjustments in our systems, especially SAP IS-H, and are responsible for their professional acceptance • Networking: You work closely with patient administration, service recording, invoicing, IT, and other internal specialist departments • Further development: You contribute your specialist knowledge to cross-departmental projects and help to continuously improve processes and tariff workflows <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system, ideally in tariff application, service recording, or billing • Sound knowledge of outpatient hospital or practice tariffs (especially with the new outpatient tariff system consisting of outpatient flat rates / TARDOC) • Experience with tariff projects, system adjustments, or the optimization of billing processes is an advantage • Good IT affinity, knowledge of SAP IS-H, RIS, or KIS is a plus • Enjoyment in preparing complex tariff specifications in an understandable way and transferring them into practice • Strong communication skills as well as professional handling of different internal and external stakeholders • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, good French skills are an advantage <br /> Are you ready to take off in an innovative environment?
