Your tasks • Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of diets according to the menu and special requests • Responsible for the regeneration, finishing, and preparation of dishes • Co-responsible for efficient stock management • Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety directives • Correct and professional organization of work within the kitchen service • Co-responsibility for management control as well as quality management Your profile • CFC cook training with professional experience, an asset • Long-standing experience in hot and cold kitchen, finishing/regeneration, and preparation of dishes • Professional and autonomous attitude • Talent for plating and decorating dishes • Availability for interventions during events • Knowledge of fast food as well as à la carte cuisine • A warm and humorous attitude • Taste for varied challenges • Good command of German, spoken and written Why Tertianum?
