In this versatile position, you will combine technical understanding with advisory competence and support customers as well as the field service in finding suitable solutions. You will perform an important interface function between customers, internal specialist departments, and suppliers. Technical Sales Consultant Inside Sales (m/f/d) ### Your Tasks ### • Independent processing and coordination of customer orders • Creation and follow-up of offers including price calculation • Technical advice and support for customers • Clarification of technical requirements with customers, suppliers, and internal specialist departments • Development of individual and customer-oriented solutions • Support for the field service with technical and administrative issues • Accompanying customer visits if required • Processing and coordination of complaints • Collaboration on various projects and process optimizations • Maintenance and updating of customer and master data Your Profile ### • Completed technical basic training with commercial further training • Professional experience in technical inside sales or a comparable environment • Industry experience in industry, mechanical engineering, pharma, food, or technical components industry is an advantage • Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of customer consulting • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Strong communication and team-oriented personality • Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing • Good English and/or French skills are an advantage • Good MS Office skills Our Customer offers ### • A varied activity with a lot of customer contact and personal responsibility • A versatile technical area of responsibility with exciting customer projects • A collegial working environment with short decision-making paths • Modern working conditions and attractive employment conditions • Good opportunities for professional and personal development
