Our emergency practice and the practice center offer patients professional emergency care 365 days a year. The service hours during the week are in the late shift (16.45 to 21.30) and on weekends/holidays (09.30 to 15.30 or 15.15 to 21.30). Fixed working days cannot be guaranteed; we rely on flexible deployment planning. Your tasks ### • Patient reception and care in our emergency practice/practice center • Supporting doctors in all matters • Carrying out laboratory examinations (blood collection) and medical-technical procedures (writing ECGs, applying bandages, orthoses and plaster splints, administering medication and infusions) • Providing information over the phone • Evening and weekend shifts (without night shifts) and holiday replacements • General administrative tasks including case openings (patient admission) • Close cooperation in the administrative and medical team Your profile ### • Training as a Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant and, advantageously, several years of professional experience in an emergency practice • Proficient IT skills and skill in handling medical technology devices • Friendly, service-oriented and solution-oriented personality • Good German skills and foreign languages are an advantage • Organizational talent, flexibility and motivation • Independent, professionally competent and responsible way of working Your chance ### Activity in a lively and growing hospital. Annual working hours apply, which ensures the highest possible flexibility in the design of working hours. Service requests will be implemented if possible and part-time employment is possible in many functions - also in leadership positions.
