Your tasks Performance control and accounting You control the monthly time tracking as well as the services provided by our employees. In close cooperation with the specialists and the accounting department, you ensure the correct and timely billing of our casework and ensure that invoices are created and sent to our customers on time. Controlling and administration of cost approvals You support the management team in the preparation of offers and bear responsibility for complete and seamless case financing. Through monthly billings, you ensure the correct monitoring of balances and transparent financial management. Administrative processing If required, you support the administration team in daily business and undertake versatile administrative tasks in case and personnel management.
