Nursing Assistant in EMS M/F

Mandated by one of our clients in Geneva and in the canton of Vaud, we are actively looking for:

Nursing Assistant in EMS M/F

• You hold a Nursing Assistant diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross
• You have a vehicle - Mandatory
• You are a nursing assistant and can justify at least one year of successful experience in geriatrics.
• You demonstrate rigor and dexterity in the provision of care, strictly respecting hygiene and safety rules
• You enjoy teamwork, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation to field requirements
• You intervene as part of occasional or planned missions within medico-social establishments located in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud.
• You are integrated into a multidisciplinary team and participate actively in the global care of residents
• You perform, with autonomy and benevolence, nursing care and support under the responsibility of a nurse, while ensuring clear and reliable transmissions to guarantee continuity of care.
• You benefit from flexible schedules (continuous or split days, nights, weekends and public holidays), for a dynamic, human and rewarding activity.
