Your field of activity at the new employer • Take over the independent control and coordination of the nursing process for the clients assigned to you • Accompany and advise relatives with empathy and stand by them as a competent contact person • Provide professional support to FaGe as well as employees of the care team in daily work • Work closely with general practitioners as well as other specialist centers and ensure optimal care Your plus for the new employer • You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl.
