Construction Team Leader (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Construction Team Leader (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will read plans. • You will manage a team of 10 to 15 people • You will manage equipment, prepare, monitor and control construction sites. • You will produce site reports. • You will ensure proper execution and the quality of the work. • You will advise clients on construction sites. • You will ensure compliance with current safety standards. Your profile: • You hold a team leader qualification or a title deemed equivalent. • You have confirmed experience in the construction sector. • You have a good command of the French language. • You have a vehicle and possess a driver's license - mandatory • You live less than 1h15 from Neuchâtel or are willing to relocate. • You have confirmed experience in Switzerland of at least 3 years Your conditions: You will join a structure offering quality conditions, a team spirit and staff stability.
