Mécanicien - régleur CNC 5 axes - M/F Canton de Neuchâtel Watchmaking / Micromechanics sector Job description ### • Prepare, set up and put into production parts on 3 and 5-axis CNC machining centers • Work mainly on Willemin-Macodel 408B, Chiron and Robodrill • Prepare tooling and optimize settings • Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing processes • Create specific fixtures necessary for machining • Produce small series and single parts with high precision • Control and guarantee production quality • Perform self-inspection with standard measuring instruments • Collaborate with quality control and production • Occasionally intervene on Bumotec S92, Crevoisier and BC Technology machines • Participate in continuous improvement processes Profile ### • CFC in micromechanics, polymechanics or equivalent training • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC mechanic-setter • Imperative mastery of 3 and 5-axis CNC machining centers • Good knowledge of Willemin-Macodel, Chiron and Robodrill machines • Solid skills in milling complex parts with tight tolerances • Very good reading of drawings and mastery of dimensional control • Experience in high precision, ideally watchmaking, medical or micromechanics • Autonomy, precision, rigor and analytical spirit • Sense of continuous improvement and good team spirit 5-axis CNC Mechanic-setter / Permanent
