As part of the development of our activity with real estate agencies and owners, we are looking for our Geneva branch for a:

Service-oriented, you enjoy contact with clients and know how to establish a relationship of trust thanks to your listening and communication skills. Interested in the technical and energy challenges of buildings, you wish to utilize or develop your skills in a constantly evolving sector.

Rigorous, organized, and autonomous, you manage your missions with efficiency and are perfectly comfortable with IT tools. You benefit from higher or relevant technical education for the position (Bachelor HES/EPF, ES diploma, CFC with complementary training or a title deemed equivalent).

Beyond your background, your motivation, your commitment, and your desire to contribute to stimulating projects will make the difference.

Your additional assets:

• A training or specialization in the field of energy, environmental techniques, or building technology
• Previous experience in the field of smart metering
• Knowledge of the Swiss real estate world (agencies, owners)
• You are bilingual (German, Swiss German / French)

Your daily job:

You will evolve within a dynamic team supporting owners and real estate agencies in the energy monitoring of their buildings, the reduction of their CO2 emissions, and the achievement of their sustainability goals.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of varied buildings located throughout French-speaking Switzerland and will notably ensure the following tasks:

• The implementation and administrative follow-up of new mandates and buildings;
• The control, validation, and analysis of consumption data for all energy flows (heating oil, gas, electricity, domestic hot water, solar, and water);
• The preparation and analysis of energy balances as well as the identification of consumption anomalies;
• The drafting of energy monitoring reports;
• The presentation of energy balances, analysis reports, and improvement recommendations to clients.

In addition, you may also be required to support our clients in defining their ESG strategy, ensure their training in the use of our solutions, and regularly present them with new services and developments offered by the company.
