Dipl. Nursing Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated nursing specialist to work in our gynecology, obstetrics, and surgery units, providing the entire range of care with a focus on visual management, work-leveling, and continuous improvement. You will work in a three-shift system, providing evidence-based and professional care to patients, including gynecological, obstetric, and surgical patients, as well as occasional prenatal patients. Your responsibilities include accompanying and advising patients with empathy, patience, and the necessary prudence to strengthen them for the time after their hospital stay. Your profile should include a recognized nursing diploma in Switzerland, and ideally, professional experience in gynecology, surgery, and/or neonatology is an advantage. You are committed, open-minded, and view changing situations as an interesting challenge. A cooperative, interdisciplinary collaboration is a matter of course for you, as is the implementation of the care process with technical competence, self-responsibility, and organizational skills.
