The Stiftung Wisli, based in Bülach, has been committed for over 40 years to the social and vocational integration of people with mental impairments. It offers a wide range of services in the areas of living, work, and work integration. The offering consists of various supervised and supported forms of living, psychiatric Spitex, adapted work and employment places, as well as the competence center for work integration We-Care.-  The day center at the Opfikon location currently offers around 40 people an adapted employment place. With simple creative and meaningful work as well as joint activities, we offer a daily structure with social integration.  As a maternity cover starting 1. September 2026, we are looking for a flexible and committed personality as  Specialist in Agogics for Social Psychiatry 60% (all) ## temporary assignment for 6 months, with the option of permanent employment Your tasks: ### • Care and promotion of our participants through key person work • Implementation of group and activation offers • Collaboration in the various groups, cards and «Chlaus-Säckli» production • Implementation and further development of the care concept • Systemically oriented cooperation with internal and external bodies • Assumption of organizational and administrative tasks such as: writing progress reports, ensuring the care mandate etc. Your profile: ### • Training in work agogics, social pedagogy, FaBe EFZ or comparable, ideally with knowledge in social psychiatry or a daily structure • Dynamic, communicative and creative personality with a sense of humor • Willingness for assignments at various locations in the area of living & daily structure • Joy in dealing with people in a lively and appreciative environment • Good PC user skills We offer you: ### • Regulated working hours from Monday to Friday during the day • A workplace in our day center with opportunities for participation and design • Regular internal and external continuing education offers • 20% discount on all Wisli products and services • Generous employer contribution to social benefits At Wisli, you will find an exciting workplace, a cheerful, committed and experienced team as well as a lot of room for maneuver and the opportunity to work independently.
