How you can make a difference • You will join our dynamic tax advisory team and handle tax advisory projects in a wide range of areas: Swiss and international taxation of cross-border employment structures and planning, equity incentives, pensions, rulings, etc. • You will have the opportunity to manage projects with the support of our management team from day one, and to participate in client-facing activities in individual taxation projects. • You can participate and contribute to shaping solutions: we advise our clients on a case-by-case basis because general information and simple solutions are already available on the internet. To this end, you will work with our national tax administration to conduct research, write, and prepare personalized advice. • You can learn and apply your technical knowledge directly on fascinating cases. Desired Profile • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in business administration, law, or a similar field. • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in providing tax advisory services to international clients. • You are a team player who enjoys daily contact with clients and colleagues from our network. You like to work independently, efficiently, and challenge the "status quo". • You like writing, researching, exploring options, and helping to design solutions. You are eager to learn and keen to develop and wish to benefit from our tax training. • You are extroverted and like helping people solve their challenges and you also have a thirst for knowledge that will bring a new perspective to our projects. • You are capable of managing tasks with competing deadlines and prioritizing accordingly, as well as liking to work in a team and having experience in their management. • You speak fluent German or French and have a very good level of English.
