On behalf of our client, an established and recognized fiduciary firm in Suisse romande, we are looking for a Senior Fiduciary Mandate Manager capable of accompanying a demanding clientele while guaranteeing the quality of services and the follow-up of files

Job Description

Your missions
Mandate Management

• Autonomous management of a portfolio of SMEs, entrepreneurs, and corporate groups
• Execution of annual and interim closings
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Payroll and social insurance management
• Preparation of financial reporting and consolidated accounts
• Guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and quality standards

Taxation and Consulting

• Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Preparation of tax forms and documents intended for the competent authorities
• Tax consulting and client support
• Analysis of accounting, tax, and organizational issues

Supervision and Organization

• Quality control of files
• Coordination of work assigned to employees
• Support and development of team skills
• Support to department managers and management

Client Relations

• Privileged interlocutor for clients
• Development and loyalty of the existing portfolio
• Participation in the preparation of offers and the development of new mandates
• Sustainable support of clients in their operational and strategic needs

Profile sought

Your profile

• Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, fiduciary agent diploma, or equivalent training
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a fiduciary environment
• Very good knowledge in accounting, taxation, payroll, and social insurance
• Proven experience in the autonomous management of mandates
• Excellent customer orientation and sense of service
• Leadership, autonomy, and rigor
• Ability to supervise and support a team
• Good command of English
• German is an asset
• Swiss nationality or valid work permit
