Communication Manager: Epic 80-100%

As part of the zKIS-/EPIC program, you will actively help shape the central transformation of the Universitätsspital Zürich. With the introduction of a new clinical information system, we are changing not only our digital infrastructure but also clinical processes, collaboration and ways of working. EPIC is therefore an essential building block on the way to the "Hospital of the Future" and is intended to sustainably support the daily work of employees. In doing so, a dynamic environment with high impact awaits you, in which you actively shape, take on responsibility and, together with an interdisciplinary team, realize a forward-looking solution for the USZ. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • You are responsible for the operational and conceptual communication of the zKIS-/EPIC project and position the project within the framework of the overarching transformation to the "Hospital of the Future" • You develop and manage the communication planning for the project in close coordination with corporate communications • You ensure that the project is positioned internally in a consistent, understandable and target-group-oriented manner and is embedded in the overall communication of the USZ • You advise the project management on communicative issues and support the preparation of decisions, appearances and sensitive topics • You identify communicative risks and challenges early on and support the development of suitable communication measures • You proactively collect information from the project environment, prepare it in a way that is appropriate for the addressee and ensure a continuous flow of information • You develop formats for the information, involvement and mobilization of employees and contribute to the active project community • You ensure that EPIC is communicatively understood as a central building block of the "Hospital of the Future", and interlock the project communication with the other transformation and strategy topics of the USZ Your profile • You have several years of experience (ideally 8-10 years) in corporate, project or transformation communication • You have experience in complex organizational or large-scale project environments, ideally in healthcare or in highly regulated environments • You can develop strategic communication approaches and implement them operationally at the same time • You are able to prepare complex content in an understandable way and convey it in a target-group-oriented manner • You have experience in advising executives and in dealing with sensitive or political topics • You recognize communicative risks early on and can develop appropriate measures • You work independently, in a structured manner and with high initiative in a dynamic environment • You have a strong sense of language, impact and storytelling in transformation projects • You are open, curious and interested in the further development of the "Hospital of the Future" Our benefits We look forward to your application Ivan Situm Recruiting About the USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
