Then don't wait any longer and become part of our team as: Carrosseriespengler 100% (m/w/d) Your tasks: As a Carrosseriespengler, you are responsible for the professional repair of vehicle bodies. You work independently on modern vehicles and ensure that our customers are satisfied at all times. You ensure a precise, timely and high-quality repair of vehicle bodies in compliance with all safety and quality standards You process work orders independently and customer-oriented, always observing operational processes You repair and maintain damaged bodies, including welding, bonding and straightening work according to manufacturer specifications You carry out reverse deformations, complete section repairs and ensure the precise dent removal of body sheet metal You document all work completely and correctly on workshop orders to ensure seamless traceability What you bring with you: You have completed training as a Carrosseriespengler EFZ and will start with the right foundation with us You have sound knowledge in body repair, straightening and welding work and apply them confidently You are familiar with modern straightening and workshop systems and work with them efficiently You possess manual dexterity and a good eye for shapes and details You work reliably, resiliently and precisely even under pressure Team spirit and cohesion are a matter of course for you – you like to pitch in and work together towards goals We offer you: Fitness for free: Use our in-house gym – completely free of charge Bolting allowed: Our workshop is also available to you for your own car We invest in you: Financial support for further training that moves us forward together Team with vibes: A cheerful, uncomplicated and mega sympathetic team Flat hierarchies: Communication at eye level, short paths and open doors Fair payment: You receive good remuneration and additional performance-related pay for your commitment Are you ready to contribute to a family-run and expanding business in a dynamic industry?
