• Travel booking and expense report management
• Calendar management for directors
• Writing meeting minutes and creating presentations
• Creation of offers, opening and following up on Purchase Orders
• Planning and organization of meetings and committees
• Coordinating and following up on contracts with service providers
• Providing support in the monitoring of invoicing and ordering processes related to operations
• Administrative support within the framework of various projects
• Announcement of work and communications to users
• Contributing to the regular update of dashboards and budgets

What you bring ###

• Commercial, administrative, technical training or equivalent
• Knowledge in the field of building technology and/or security installations would be a plus
• 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative assistance is a plus
• Mastery of French level C1 min
• Mastery of English level C1 min
• Knowledge of Italian would be an asset
• Excellent management of IT tools (MS Office)
• Mastery of SAP is a plus
• Rigorous, organized and autonomous person
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent presentation
