Then shape the shopping experience of tomorrow with us! ## To strengthen our team in the decoration area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Employee Visual Merchandising 20% (m/f/d) as of 01.10.2026, permanent, at the Schattdorf location. ## Your responsibility • Together with your team, you are responsible for the setup of promotions and polyvalent zones. • You ensure an appealing and customer-oriented product presentation. • You consistently implement the specified visual briefings. • You guarantee the control and maintenance of price labels and spotlights. • You successfully implement the requirements for window display design. • You work closely with the sales staff and the visual employees. Your profile • Ideally, you have completed basic training as a Polydesigner 3D or as a Dekorationsgestalter EFZ. • You bring extensive professional experience as a Polydesigner 3D, ideally in retail. • You are characterized by a pronounced flair for a creative and stylish presentation of products. • You are enthusiastic about the lifestyle sector and place great importance on an attractive sales area. • You bring very good IT skills in common Office applications and are proficient in handling digital aids. • You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
