Missions ## • You implement the department strategy in alignment with the company objectives • You establish work standards and define the priorities of the department's activities • You define, maintain and enforce the project management and continuous improvement methodology • You steer the department's project portfolio, guaranteeing project delivery within deadlines, budget and the expected quality level. • You promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • You define and maintain packaging standards for internal and external flows. • You ensure the availability of packaging necessary for operations • You conduct actions aimed at reducing costs and the environmental impact of packaging • You develop the versatility and skill development of the teams • You define individual and collective objectives • You conduct performance and development interviews • You promote a collaborative and results-oriented working climate • You create work instructions according to the ISO 9000 standard • You coordinate the training of employees and logistics apprentices Profile ## • You benefit from solid experience in team management in the field of logistics • You possess basic training in logistics (CFC), ideally completed by higher education such as Brevet, Bachelor or Master • You possess professional experience in project management and have knowledge of the packaging field • You have excellent knowledge of MS-Office, in particular Excel, as well as an ERP • You are proficient in French and have good knowledge of German or English • You stand out through your leadership, your resistance to stress, your analytical capacity, as well as through your organized and methodical work, your flexibility and your ability to work in a team Our offer ## Can we motivate you to take on a responsible role in a family-owned, dynamic and independent company?
