What to expect: * Allrounder: You take over the maintenance of buildings and surroundings and participate in the systematic cleaning of rooms, machines, and vehicles * Supporter: You complete assembly and repair orders for clients and employees * Training: You conduct safety and vehicle training and support the safety officer. * Systems: You manage the company-internal systems (e.g. locking system) independently * Projects: You lead upcoming projects and investments independently or accompanied by the department management, including planning. * Team player: You are part of a 10-member team, which also includes inclusive workplaces * Vocational trainer: You accompany a person in training as a specialist in operations maintenance to the apprenticeship certificate What you bring: * Completed training in a technical building profession, at least EFZ level * Completed/intended training in the field of house management with a federal certificate of proficiency * Vocational trainer certificate or willingness to take the course (of course at our expense) * Independent, reliable way of working – you work independently * Driver's license category B * Experience in project management * SiBe course or willingness to take the course What we offer: * Variety: Thanks to the diverse tasks and the different personalities you meet, it will never get boring or monotonous in everyday life * Appreciative corporate culture: With us, you will be seen and appreciated as a person! * Catering: 2 of your teammates are cooks – your lunch is guaranteed for just CHF 5.— * Holidays: At least 5 weeks of vacation.
