Used vehicle salesperson (M/F)

Since 1959, Automobiles Senn has accompanied individuals and companies in their mobility. As the no. 1 mobility interlocutor in the canton of Neuchâtel, our family group distributes the brands Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA and Volkswagen Véhicules Utilitaires across four sites: Neuchâtel, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Thielle and Yverdon-les-Bains. To strengthen our sales team at the Neuchâtel site, we are looking for a commercial personality who loves customer contact, autonomy in work and who has a pronounced sense of service. Your mission • Welcome and advise our clientele in the choice of their used vehicle, from the first contact to delivery • Process incoming leads (telephone, web, platforms) with reactivity and ensure rigorous follow-up of each opportunity • Prepare offers, propose suitable financing, leasing and trade-in solutions • Participate in the management and enhancement of stock: presentation, online advertisements, price consistency with the market • Contribute to the rotation of the used vehicle fleet and to the sales objectives of the site Your profile • Confirmed experience in sales and customer advice; experience in the automotive industry is an asset, not a condition • Salesperson temperament: listening, tenacity, taste for challenge and sense of service • Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, online advertising platforms) • Excellent presentation and perfect mastery of French; German is a plus • Category B driving license What we offer • Attractive remuneration with a variable component that directly rewards your performance • A demonstration vehicle available • A large and attractive multi-brand used stock — real arguments for selling • Continuous sales training and a structured environment within a solid and family group • The support of a dedicated marketing department and sales secretariat Interested?
