It carries out a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone: children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, and other mental health professionals. La Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization for Vaudois regional hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Chablais vaudois and valaisan. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, La Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its practices, its training, and its openness to other approaches. As part of the strengthening and structuring of its training department, La Fondation de Nant is looking for a     Training Manager at 80-100%   THE MISSION As part of the reorganization of our Training department, you will manage the training system of La Fondation de Nant. In close collaboration with the Direction des relations humaines, to which you will report, you will participate in the definition and implementation of the training policy, coordinate the entire training process (planning, organization, administrative and budgetary monitoring, reporting) and ensure that the institution's skill development needs are met. You will also ensure coordination with the Institut de Formation du Haut-Léman (IFHL) and represent the Foundation within this body.   WE OFFER Joining La Fondation de Nant means joining a private institution recognized as being in the public interest, tasked by the State with organizing and providing psychiatric care in the Eastern Vaud region. You will also benefit from openness to the health network thanks to an activity partially dedicated to the Institut de Formation du Haut-Léman (IFHL).   WE ARE LOOKING FOR For this position, we are looking for an organized, autonomous, and proactive person, recognized for their sense of organization and coordination skills. You are comfortable in cross-functional collaborations, know how to structure processes, ensure rigorous monitoring of files, and support projects involving various interlocutors. You demonstrate good analytical skills, initiative, and are capable of identifying skill development needs in order to translate them into relevant training actions. You have training in the field of pedagogy or adult training (federal certificate, HES diploma, or a title deemed equivalent), allowing you to understand the issues related to training engineering and skill development.
