Kitchen and Buffet Assistant 30-40%

For our restaurant Yardbird Southern Fried Chicken at Weststrasse 146, 8003 Zürich we are looking for you as: Kitchen and Buffet Assistant (approx. 30%, usually Fri, Sat & Sun evening) To support our team, you will perform the following tasks: • Assistance in preparing and plating dishes during service times • Supporting the service team with beverage dispensing as well as organization of the delivery business • Cleaning of dishes during service times • Basic cleaning of the kitchen and cooling systems • Complying with hygiene standards What you bring with you: • at least 2 years of experience in gastronomy • High quality and responsibility awareness as well as flexibility and resilience • Independent way of working as well as teamwork skills • Problem-free communication in German or English
