To strengthen our Analytical Development team in the Early Phase area, we are looking for a dedicated Scientist (a) 100% with sound technical expertise in the method development of peptides.   Your Tasks   • As a dedicated and motivated personality, you are part of our agile QC-Early-Phase development group. • You can expect diverse tasks and questions in a dynamic and exciting environment. • In this varied role, you will independently develop (U)HPLC methods for early and late phase projects in peptide analytics. • Another focus lies in the development of mass spectrometric methods for the identification and quantification of impurities for peptides. • In doing so, you incorporate substance-specific information into the method optimization. • Your robust methods form the basis for validations and releases in the GMP area. • You represent your work and the group in interdisciplinary teams as well as towards external contact persons. • Furthermore, you support us and your colleagues with your open-minded and friendly manner and like to actively contribute your technical expertise to the team.   Your Profile • Completed studies in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related natural science field • Sound experience in instrumental analytics with a focus on chromatography • Hands-on experience in the field of HR mass spectrometry • Expertise in (U)HPLC method development and validation • Expertise in data evaluation with Chromeleon or other CDS • You think innovatively and look for optimization potential during changes • Reliable personality with enthusiasm for responsibility and initiative • Quality-conscious and exact way of working • Appreciative and team-oriented personality • Good German and English skills • Hands-on experience in handling Thermo systems • Knowledge in the analytics and/or synthesis of peptides / biologics • Relevant professional experience in the chemistry/pharma environment   Our Offer   • A dynamic and strongly growing working environment with internal development opportunities • Flexible working hours with the possibility for home office as well as the option to receive additional vacation days through a reduced workload • Employee promotion through numerous internal and external continuing education offers • 60 % coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the possibility of supra-obligatory provision with our optional savings plan • Access to the benefits platform Swibeco with discounts at external partners • Fresh, healthy, and diverse food in our staff restaurant • Diverse free sports activities on the Bachem Campus   Would you like to become part of the best analytical team for TIDES?
