Apply Initial Situation ### Do you know international freight forwarding and have experience with air and sea freight? For an established freight forwarding company, we are looking for a reliable personality who enjoys organizing, maintains an overview, and supports customers and partners in daily business. You will take on varied tasks related to import and export and work largely independently. Vacancy No. 6695 ## Tasks ### • organizing and coordinating air and sea freight shipments in import and export • processing orders from takeover to delivery • booking freight space with airlines and shipping lines • creating and checking transport and freight documents • coordinating pickups, deliveries and pre- or post-runs • monitoring shipments, transit times and delivery dates • communicating with customers, carriers, airlines, shipping lines and international partners Requirements ### • completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding agent • professional experience in international freight forwarding with experience in air and/or sea freight • good knowledge of processes in the import and export business • no entries in the criminal and debt enforcement register IT ### MS-Office - good knowledge Languages ### German: m+s very good English: m+s good to very good any other language: an advantage Start Date ### by arrangement Work Location ### Region Zürich Unterland Special Features ### Look forward to a versatile field of activity in the area of air and sea freight and a good mix of organization, customer contact and daily forwarding work.
