October 2026 or by arrangement to our nursing team for the Pflegewohngruppen Triemlipark 1 and 2 at the foot of the Friesenberg in Wiedikon? Tasks As the case-responsible contact person, you ensure individual and person-centered care and support for the residents. You independently undertake, depending on your level of knowledge, tasks delegated by the department management, such as case discussions and supporting employees in challenging situations. You participate in the conceptual further development of the Pflegewohngruppen. You represent the department management in their absence. Profile Sound and reflective professional experience, preferably in psychiatry or social psychiatry as well as in the care and support of older people with psychiatric and/or demential illnesses Motivation for further development and a desire for a function that enables you a broad insight into the tasks of leadership Completed studies as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad Enthusiasm for the concept of the Pflegewohngruppe as well as ideas and creativity for designing a pleasant home for our residents Interest in the design and further development of a future-oriented service tailored to the needs of the residents We offer Look forward to an exciting field of activity in a professional and team-oriented working environment with a "Du" culture throughout the entire company.
