The headquarters is located in Haag (Switzerland), the production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania and Taiwan.  Process Engineer Vulcanizing   Technical authority for vulcanization technology chains at the Switzerland location. Drives the standardization of systems and corresponding processes.   MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES   • Process responsibility for the vulcanization process chain at the Switzerland location, including the creation and maintenance of production and process documentation (work instructions, methods, processes, guidelines etc.) • Responsibility for the planning, coordination and control of the entire change request process of Vulcanizing projects • Project management / project leadership and project support • Active support in the qualification of processes, elastomers and products • Development and implementation of optimization solutions to improve process stability, product quality, efficiency and personnel safety while complying with quality standards  • Technical expert during production problems in cooperation with quality and product management  • Analyze processes, optimize and eliminate waste  • Demonstrate resulting improvements and profitability increases with our CIP and DarWin tool for continuous improvement   KEY EXPERIENCES - Which experiences bring success to this position?    • In-depth knowledge in process engineering as well as plant technology • Knowledge in the field of process analysis and optimization • In-depth knowledge of the vulcanization process, vulcanization tools and elastomers • Experience in the creation of plant documentation, work instructions and training materials • Experience in training employees   COMPETENCIES - Which competencies lead to success in this position?    • Completed basic technical training • Further training in process engineering or similar areas • Proven experience in project leadership/project management in industry • Good MS Office and ERP knowledge, advantageously Microsoft Dynamics (D365) • Ability to work in a team and very good German skills in speaking and writing, capable of communicating in English, clarifying and documenting matters • Assertiveness, independent way of working, commitment and resilience, analytical mindset, communicative skills and confident appearance. • Experience with VBA - programming (e.g. Excel), knowledge in SQL • See unforeseen situations, conflicts and resistance as an opportunity and challenge Are you interested in this position?
