As a committed and open personality, you will support a team of nine specialists, 16 workshop workers and 7 day participants in plant production. You know how to flexibly and creatively adapt work to the needs of people with disabilities and you understand perfectly how to guide, support and motivate them. With your work, you make an essential contribution to ensuring that the residents cared for by us can participate in life in all its facets and that we can offer all the people in and around the Wagerenhof healthy regional bio products.
