We are currently looking for a:

Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist (100%)

Your mission:

Based in Genève, you will be responsible for the preparation, control, and submission of regulatory reports for the Bank. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance while supporting the continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes. You will work in close collaboration with the Finance, Risk, Treasury, Accounting, and IT teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports within the required deadlines
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of regulatory data and reports
• Perform capital, liquidity, and other prudential indicator analyses
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on reporting requirements and processes
• Participate in regulatory and system improvement projects
• Contribute to the automation and optimization of reporting processes and controls
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance
• Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory reporting issues

Your profile:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8 to 12 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk Management, or Audit within the banking sector
• Good knowledge of Swiss banking regulation and prudential reporting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of SQL would be an asset
• Proficiency in French and English
• Autonomous, rigorous, and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
• Residence in Switzerland
