This position is certainly for you. *Your profile:* • Holder of the CFC d-employée de commerce • A few years of professional experience in a similar position • Of an agreeable nature, you are affable, conscientious and dynamic • Organized and capable of working autonomously • Good command of usual IT tools (Word/Excel/Outlook), Quorum an asset • French native speaker, with a very good command of spelling and grammar • Of Swiss nationality or holder of a valid residence permit *Your main tasks:* • Correspondence, reception, telephones • Organization of appointments • Convocation of general assemblies, participation and taking of minutes • Requests for quotes • Establishment of work orders • Monitoring of works • Claims management • Manage tasks related to the function Do you correspond to the profile sought and wish to take on a new challenge within a young and dynamic team?
