• 20 August 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Chemin de la Branche 32, 1073 Mollie-Margot • Log in to see the jobup.ch salary estimate Establishment employing approximately 450 employees to ensure the specialized schooling of 27 children and adolescents as well as the socio-educational and socio-professional support of 127 adults with an intellectual deficiency, is looking for   An MSP baker at 70%   Your mission within the bakery workshop: • Accompany persons with disabilities in the workshop • Develop the person's professional project by supporting their autonomy • Encourage the worker's self-determination, respecting their aspirations and needs • Co-manage the workshop and assume the socio-professional follow-up of the beneficiaries • Participate in the production of bakery products   We wish for: • A CFC in the food sector, ideally bakery, pastry and/or confectionery • Several years of practice in a production unit • As far as possible, an MSP ES training or deemed equivalent • Confirmed experience with persons with a neurodevelopmental disorder such as intellectual deficiency, autism, attention deficit disorder • An ability to work in a team, possessing good autonomy, a good sense of initiative, a high sense of responsibility • Good organizational skills, a capacity for self-reflection • A positive solution-oriented attitude, reassuring and dynamic, punctuality, creativity • Workshop hours 8:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 17:15 from Monday to Friday • During the baker's holidays (5 to 6 weeks/year), alternatively ensure night shifts from 22:00 - 07:00 • Good knowledge of standard IT tools • Good mastery of written and spoken French • A driver's license • A clean criminal record    We offer: • A varied activity within a small unit recognized within the institution • The conditions of the collective labor agreement in the Vaudois semi-public social sector • The social benefits of a large establishment: free parking, cafeteria and organic shop.
