Asia Garden Zofingen is looking to strengthen our kitchen team immediately or by arrangement for an experienced: Chinese Specialty Chef (m/f/d) Work location: Zofingen, Switzerland Workload: 100 % Employment type: Full-time Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Your tasks: • Preparation of authentic Chinese specialties • Independent preparation and processing of meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients • Preparation of wok dishes and various Chinese specialties • Implementation of traditional Chinese cooking techniques • Ensuring a constantly high quality and appealing presentation of the dishes • Organization and preparation of the daily kitchen workflow • Compliance with legal hygiene and food regulations • Collaboration in a professional kitchen team Your profile: • Several years of professional experience as a chef, preferably in Chinese specialty cuisine • Sound knowledge of traditional Chinese cuisine • Good practical knowledge in the preparation of wok dishes • Experience in a professional restaurant kitchen • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Resilience and ability to work in a team • Good knowledge of food hygiene • German language skills are an advantage We offer: • A full-time position in an established Asian restaurant • Responsible and varied activities • Professional working environment • Fair and industry-standard employment conditions • Long-term cooperation Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV including details of education and professional experience.
