For our Palliative Care station with an attached competence center, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (50 - 100 %)     Your challenge ## • Professional, individual and resource-oriented care and support for patients with high quality standards • Promotion of the quality of life of seriously ill and dying patients and their relatives, while maintaining autonomy and will • Analyzing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures and evaluating them • Complete and meticulous management of nursing documentation • Interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups and specialist teams • Participation in the development of nursing quality and the nursing process • Interest in working part-time in the competence center (leading consultations, making mobile deployments, participating in further education and public relations) Your profile ## • Training as a dipl.
