Specialized Care Professional EFZ 70% in Shift Work

The Effingerhort above Holderbank AG is a facility of the Von Effinger Foundation for stationary addiction therapy in the canton of Aargau. People with health, psychological, and social impairments and a long history of alcohol or drug abuse are professionally accompanied with a low-threshold concept. The people at Effingerhort work and live in protected day structures to stabilize their life situation. Our care team is looking to expand the team as of 01.09.2026 or by agreement with a Specialized Care Professional EFZ 70% in Shift Work In this interesting and exciting position, you will be in direct contact with our residents and support them in social, personal, and health stabilization, promote independence and participation, and create development-promoting everyday situations. The main tasks are: • Responsible, structured design of the care day • Process-leading role in everyday life in reference person work • Contact with assigned offices, authorities, clinics, doctors, and relatives • Taking over day-to-day responsibility • Further development and responsibility for a needs-oriented housing and leisure offer • Correct and timely documentation, as well as various administrative tasks • Implementation of delegated nursing tasks • Co-responsibility for delegated medication administration (after SRK course) The desired profile: • Completed training as a specialized care professional EFZ • Experience in the socio-psychiatric and/or addiction-related field is an advantage • You work in a recovery-oriented and person-centered manner and prioritize the individual needs and resources of the residents • You are a team player, are resilient, flexible, know your limits, and have a personal approach to resilience • Good IT user skills (Microsoft Office, EasyDoc) • Confidentiality and compliance with all data protection regulations • Driver's license category B • Secure communication in the German language in word and writing We offer: • Active participation in the design of care processes • Internal and external training opportunities • 13th monthly salary and good pension benefits • Attractive workplace with a wonderful view and free parking • Discounts when purchasing our own products (organic eggs, vegetables, etc.) We look forward to receiving your complete application with a meaningful letter of motivation at hr@effingerhort.ch.
