Tool Grinder

For one of our industrial clients, we are looking for a tool grinder (m/w/d) with high precision, technical understanding and enjoyment of challenging manufacturing tasks. Area of responsibility • Precise grinding and production of special and prototype thread cutting tools Programming, setting up and optimizing 7-axis grinding machines as well as other CNC machining centers (turning, milling, multitask) • Planning, execution and documentation of production tests for the further development of thread technology • Initial and series inspections with modern measuring instruments; participation in the qualification of internal threads • Monitoring and optimization of ongoing production processes to increase quality and efficiency Machine maintenance, maintenance and cleaning • Creation and maintenance of technical documents and data sheets (Word, Excel, SAP) Close collaboration with specialists as well as training of new employees Your profile • Completed training as a polymechanic or production mechanic • Several years of experience in handling CNC machines; ideally knowledge of grinding software (e.g. ToolRoom RN34) and controls such as Siemens, Fanuc or Mitsubishi • Secure reading and implementation of technical drawings • Experience in handling testing instruments and quality assurance • Skilled handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage • Independent, precise and responsible way of working • Flexibility, stress resistance and pronounced team and communication skills • Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach We offer • Long-term temporary deployments with option for permanent employment • Modern working environment and exciting production projects • Personal support and transparent communication • Attractive employment conditions We look forward to receiving your application documents.
