We are looking for one of our clients in the watchmaking sector, based in Genève, and FOR A LONG-TERM TEMPORARY POSITION:

A Precision Mechanic to occupy a CNC milling setter position in a production workshop

Job description
--------------------

• Series changeovers, setup of fixtures, collets and tooling, dimension fine-tuning, and startup of CNC machining centers,
• Machining and inspection of manufactured parts, parts in different alloys
• Precise inspections with traditional workshop inspection tools, and 3D inspection depending on the parts.
• First-level maintenance.

Profile sought
-----------------

• Holder of a CFC in polymechanics or CFC in micromechanics, BAC professionnel or BTS in Mechanical Production
• Having solid experience in the setup and production of large-sized mechanical parts
• Excellent knowledge in reading plans.
• Good knowledge in the use of inspection tools
• Having basics in ISO programming
• Having a good mechanical technical sense to find quick and efficient solutions.
• Being comfortable with IT tools for production monitoring.
• Good vision to respect visual inspections of manufactured parts.
• Team spirit and cohesion.
