Join us and contribute to the success of the Migros company What you accomplish ### • Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of the site's energy installations, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, compressors and regulation equipment • Monitoring the status and operating parameters of the installations, detecting anomalies, performing diagnostics and implementing appropriate corrective actions • Executing planned maintenance operations, technical inspections as well as safety and performance tests to guarantee equipment reliability • Participating in the improvement of installation performance and the optimization of energy consumption through the monitoring of indicators and consumption readings • Participating in the commissioning, adjustment and control of new equipment as well as the coordination of specialized interventions or external partners when necessary • Applying internal procedures, SHE instructions and regulatory requirements while contributing to the continuous improvement of maintenance and operating processes What you bring ### • Bildung: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC) • Specialization: CFC or technical training in the fields of industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, climate engineering, energy, thermal or automation • Professional experience: 1-3 years of experience in the maintenance of technical or energy installations; experience in an industrial, tertiary or operational site environment is an asset • Good knowledge of multi-technical maintenance as well as HVAC, electrical, thermal or refrigeration installations • Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, electrical diagrams and technical documents • Knowledge of safety rules and regulatory requirements applicable to energy installations • Good analytical spirit and strong diagnostic skills allowing for efficient resolution of technical problems • Proficiency in IT maintenance tools; knowledge of SAP PM is an asset • Autonomous, rigorous and reactive personality, enjoying teamwork and possessing a good sense of service and communication • You are willing and able to provide on-call service according to a rotation system, including a day on-call at 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, as well as a night on-call from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, provided for a full week, from Friday to Friday • French (B1) What we offer you ### • Maternity leave/paternity leave: 18 weeks of paid maternity leave / 8 weeks of paternity leave (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid) • Occupational pension: Full coverage with the Caisse de pension Migros - with first-class and attractive benefits • Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet at the staff restaurant for a maximum of CHF 7.- • Social benefits: 730 days of daily allowances in case of illness with full maintenance of net salary • Banque Migros: Migros offers higher interest rates on private accounts and investment accounts to its employees. • Ecole-club Migros: Reimbursement of 70% of course fees, up to a maximum of 1'000 CHF per calendar year • Leisure and culture offer: You benefit from discounted tickets for selected cultural events • Cumulus points: Cumulus points are doubled on food products and quintupled on non-food items. • Sport and fitness offers: Contribution to fitness subscriptions: maximum CHF 200.- per subscription and per year • Training and continuing education: Attractive offer of training and development Contact Monsieur André Teixeira Rodrigues Did you not find a matching position?
